There's a new feature at RPG-Campaign.com! You can now track your characters online. Well, you could always do that just by putting them in your book. But now you don't have to put them in your book. Now, when you're logged in to the site, you can add a character to your group just by clicking on the "Create Character" link in the group control block (upper right hand of the page, if you're not on a mobile device).

There's room for the character name, a description (or your stats if you can use a text format), a portrait, and file attachments for important features like PDF printouts of your character or files from a character creation program.

The new Character entries are a really great place to post characters created by Character software. These are some of the programs I recommend:

• Dungeons & Dragons Character Builder, the official tool for D&D characters
• PCGen, a free tool for creating D20 characters in multiple genres. Works on Mac and Linux as well as Windows.
• GURPS Character Assistant, the official 4th edition GURPS character tool.
• GURPS Character Sheet, an excellent free tool for maintaining GURPS characters. Runs on multiple platforms, including Mac and Linux.
