*under construction*
Following Sheperd's destruction of the Reaper shell, Cerberus has begun intensifying it's anti-alien activities. Though they still act stealthily, the Council has decided that the time to remove Cerberus's influence has come. The issue is, as always, Cerberus runs a front as a legitimate corporation, in fact as many legitimate corporations. How does one take down something that is so ubiqitous and so difficult to distinguish from a common civilian corporation? By using S.P.E.C.T.R.Es. Normally SPECTRE operatives operate alone and independantly, but looking at Sheperd's successes, the council realized that they would need to take this in a new direction. The newest SPECTRE candidates have been recieving team based training, training that would allow them to operate in small squads much like Sheperd has done. It is hoped that this training will encourage a diverse skill set among SPECTRE's and give each unit the maximum amount of flexibility and skill to handle any situation.
Character creation rules can be found here:

Click the link for the 'latest version'. Currently it is version 1.40 (unless it's higher, then let me know).
Geth are not playable characters, at this point in time Legion is the only Geth platform operating with humans.
For players wantiing to play SPECTREs, you are still in training. Please list why the council chose you as a candidate, what made you stand out from your peers. For more information on SPECTREs: http://masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Spectres
If you are interested in playing a non-council species (humans are council species now, this is set shortly after ME:2) and interested in playing a SPECTRE let me know.
------
While all the rules necessary to play the game are included in version 1.4, if you're interested in downloading the D6 system space rulebooks (which the game system is based off of) you can find them for free at DriveThruRPG. There is also a Ships supplement, which could be useful for those interested in designing their own spacecraft.
